Instructions on Returning Product
Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost shipments and will only accept Nashua Media Products for replacement in accordance with our warranty. Replacement product should be shipped within 14 business days from the date of receipt.
1. If you are having a problem with a single product (example: you purchased one DVD disc or one CD-R), please return the product with your sales receipt to the retailer from whom you purchased.
2. If you purchased a multiple pack and have used very little of the product (example: you bought a 50 pack of CD-Rs and used only a couple discs with the rest untouched), please return the product to the retailer from whom you purchased.
3. If you purchased a multiple pack and have most of the product (example: you bought a 50 pack of CD-Rs, used 48 and had two defective discs), please return the defective discs to us at the address below, and we will replace them per our Warranty. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Please include a note with the reason for return, your name, address, and sales receipt.
